STORE POLICY
TAXATION AND CUSTOMS
Import tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other customs fees are not included in the cost listed on Bigcartel. Any additional charges resulting from import tax will be borne by the customer after arrival of your package. Please be advised that we are using a commercial courier for shipping and it is illegal for us to mark items as 'gifts' to avoid import tax. Please ensure that you fill out your address, including postcode, accurately. This will reduce the chances of customs rejecting the package.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders directly placed via our BigCartel store will be shipped from the United States. We welcome people interested in being Group Order Managers (GOMs) or joining a Group Order to contact us.
We are unable to ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Chad, Cuba, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen.
ADDRESS CHANGE POLICY
Around 2 weeks before shipping is due to begin, all customers will receive an Address Change Form via email.
Address changes will be permitted up until shipping begins. Customers who change their address but do not fill out this form, or fill out the wrong address, will bear any cost of redelivery required.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds will be permitted up until the end of our preorder period. We are unable to accept refunds once our production period begins.
As we are not a commercial business, we cannot accept returns. Please note that the final product may not be identical to the product mock-ups in the shop listings.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We will send you a replacement free of charge under the following circumstances:
- Missing item(s) from your package due to negligence in our packing process
- Damaged item(s) in your package due to negligence in our packing process
- Lost or damaged items during transit due to the shipping service
Please contact us via email. An unboxing video and/or photographs would be preferred.
We will not send you a replacement free of charge under the following circumstances:
- Lost or returned packages due to errors in your local postal service
- Lost or returned packages that are due to your country's customs, including you not paying your import tax on time
- Lost or returned packages that are due to you typing your address incorrectly
- Damage or loss of item(s) due to someone else e.g. a friend or family member opening your package
